Order Processing Times
We process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after they are placed. An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or order cancellations. If an issue is detected, our support team will reach out via email within 3 business days to verify details. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you need to update your address, please email us at hello@nucalms.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but external factors like severe weather, carrier delays, or transit disruptions may cause delays. If any issues arise, we will work with the courier to ensure your package reaches you as soon as possible.
NUCALMS is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will keep you informed and assist in any way we can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact us at hello@nucalms.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier. Most couriers offer claims for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information from you.
If a package is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances. In cases of theft, we recommend filing a police report.
